As a booking we request advance deposit in amount 25% of the rental price. Booking shall be effective once the advance has been received by us.

For each apartment we have one shaded dedicated parking lot, max height clearance at the house - 1 is 2.0 m and for house - 2 is 2.1 m

Contact person at the spot to handover key and to provide you any might information for house - 1 is Zora Jelaska and for house - 2 is Suncica Jelaska, contact details provided at the voucher.

Check in on arrival day is flexible in period 03 PM - 08 PM, if you expect any delay let us stay informed. Check out on departure day is set till 09 AM.

Damage deposit we dont request at the arrival but guest are obligatory to take care for the property and not to cause any damage which will be charged.

If you need to cancel your Booking, please email us on booking@apartmani-zora.com . The cancellation policy described in voucher applies to your Booking .

We have provided our rental prices in total amount and you will not have any extra charges for our services.

Visitors are on request, stay is limited 1-2h max and visitors must leave facility latest till 9PM, visitors are not allowed to use swimming pool.

The swimming pool is open from 08:30am to 08:30pm. Glass is not allowed at the pool as well jumping and running, pushing or any form of “rough play” within the vicinity of the pool and on the sundeck area are strictly prohibited. It is mandatory to shower before using the pool. Visitors are not allowed to use the pool and the sun deck. Children under 12 must be accompanied by their parents.
